Throughout your building journey our team will provide you with help, advice and guidance every step of the way.

Understanding your Vision
Begin your journey with a complimentary meeting to discuss your goals, lifestyle aspirations, site and budget considerations. Our focus is to understand your vision so we have a deeper understanding of the type of home that you'd like to build.
Design
After understanding your vision, we partner with our architect to bring it to life. We’ll design tailored floor plans, elevations, and architectural elements that will make your home uniquely yours. This collaboration keeps the design aligned with your lifestyle, taste, and most importantly your budget, so you can be confident that every detail reflects what matters most to you.
Build Estimate
Based on your finalised design we'll put together a preliminary construction estimate to build your new home to ensure the budget meets your expectations.
Selections
Guided by our suppliers, you'll choose your colours, customisations and selections. Based on this we will finalise your costings and the building contract. This stage confirms the details in your home and ensures everything reflects your expectations and requirements.
Preparation
We'll arrange your council submissions, DA approvals, site preparation, permits and demolition (if required) to ensure a smooth transition towards construction.
Final Build Cost & Contract
We'll complete a final build cost and prepare your HIA contract for signing. This contract will include comprehensive pricing, scope of works, inclusions and build schedule. Once you're happy with the cost we'll invite you to sign your HIA contract.
Construction
Enjoy the experience of building as your custom home comes to life. Monitor progress, attend site inspections and make progress payments.
